LackeyCCG is a nice package. Originally targetted at playing card games online, it's flexible enough to play pretty much everything. The only weakness in my opinion is that each game's graphics and objects are defined in a plugin package, which takes a bit of learning and skill to create. In addition, every player must have the plugin package in advance to play.
